Skill Set: HTML / XHTML, XHTML-MP, WML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, Ajax, XML, PHP, XSLT, JSP and JSTL. Also: UI/GUI design, some graphic design including Flash animations, icon designs, vector illustrations, as well as English-Japanese localization/internationlization (L10N and I18N).
